Janice Gotts is the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director (Resources) for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority. She is the statutory S73 Officer responsible for the financial affairs of the Authority as well as having oversight of Investments, HROD, Project Management Office, Internal Audit, IT and the Greater South East Net Zero Hub. Janice is involved in the major work areas of the Combined Authority, including the delivery of the Local Growth Plan and Bus Franchising. Prior to working at the Combined Authority Janice was the S151 Officer for North Northamptonshire Council, supporting it pre and post vesting day as a new Council following LGR. She has also held senior finance roles at Manchester City Council and supported Greater Manchester Combined Authority for a number of years.
